Facial Temperature Detection

This project was executed for an international real-estate developer. The organisation deals with development and management of massive level construction of properties meant for public access like shopping malls, parks, smart cities, townships, hotels, etc. The need for preventive measures for the spread of diseases with so many people incoming and outgoing daily is therefore crucial for the company to use in all their properties both existing and under progress.

The problem is to detect human face temperature & recognize fever for multiple persons at a time and generate event notifications. This application allows Human Face temperature to be used as an authentication tool for different use cases like restricted entry, temperature log of persons.

This application allows Human Faces to be used as a temperature detection tool for different use-cases like restricted entry & temperature alerts. Temperature detection server applications for Fever detection act as primary for authentication/ notification. The product involves a server and client for notification to be sent to the End-users. The server is Windows Server Project which exposes its different functionality as REST APIs. Both Web and Mobile Client is configured to see Access response apart from other MIS Reports. The system will work with different video source like Thermal IP camera along with the Black body and the scope is considered in controlled environment. Results: • Easy detection & generation of alerts for fever of multiple persons at a time if any employee has. • Real time monitoring of employee temperature with event notifications. • Face based Touchless temperature Recognition so that to avoid spread of transmittal disease. Technology Stack: WCF/ Web API for communication, CV2 as camera Module, TensorFlow for Image processing & recognition , C++, python, C# .Net, WCF/ WebAPI, Visual studio 2017 -2019 IDE with TFS, Thermal Camera SDK along with Black Body, SVM classifier
