An insurance based company offering a host of risk coverage services was looking for a vendor that could manage its insurance accounts efficiently at a cost-effective price by developing a digital platform. Redesign its existing legacy website with a modern application by enhancing the D2C (Direct-to-consumer) buying journey for various insurance product lines.


Challenge

Managing the customer's insurance accounts required a high level of precision and skill. The product under development was user-friendly, but many of the functionalities were difficult to implement, such as the front-end data filtering and pagination, as well as the downloading and uploading of records. The trained team had to develop a mechanism to communicate with the customer on a regular basis for managing the insurance accounts.


Solution

Within the allotted six months, our team was successful in creating and delivering the digital platform. Redesigned the existing legacy website with a modern application serving mobile and web users. Enhanced D2C (Direct-to-consumer) buying journey for various insurance product lines.
